Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable unless they are defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Prepare the Package: Place the item(s) in the original packaging (or a similarly sturdy package) along with your order number or receipt.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong size or item sent).

Return Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Exchanges
